pxl2000 changelog Release 0.95-2, 3/18/2003 ========================= This release leaves the fonts unchanged, but in addition offers a distribution of pxl2000 for Microsoft Windows [TM]. The motivation was to make pxl2000 available as a default font for the SSH client "putty" (which can be run in full screen mode). Known bug of the Windows fonts: pxl2000 cannot be chosen as the font of the DOS console. Therefore, pxl2000 can't be used for the Cygwin commandline environment either. (Tested under Windows NT 4.0.) Next to the compiled PCF fonts (respectively .FON files for Windows), the BDF source font files have been included again and put into a directory "src". Release 0.95, 3/11/2003 ======================= - Added missing characters (Euro [¤], ¾, ÿ, ...) to pxl2000-Medium-18 (Thanks to Freshmeat user ZlatkO for the bug report) - Five new fonts: pxl2000-Medium-8 (allowing 80 chars on a 320x240 PDA display) pxl2000-Medium-10 pxl2000-Medium-12 pxl2000-Medium-14 pxl2000-Medium-16 - Fonts are now distributed in PCF format because the OpenBSD version of XFree86 4.2.x reportedly doesn't support BDF fonts. - Fixed errata in the documentation.
